How to shoot

You skate in on the goalie by yourself. Press on the ice and drag with your finger (or the mouse): the aim moves across the goal. Let go to shoot. The bar on top shows where you are: from far out the goalie has time to react and the shot is loose, the slot (the green zone) is the best place, close in he covers almost everything and there is no room to lift the puck. Do not shoot before you reach him and he pokes the puck away. Keyboard: the arrows move the aim, space shoots.

The deke

The «Deke» buttons (or A and D) pull the puck left or right — once a shot. The goalie either bites — slides toward the deke and for a moment leaves the other corner open — or reads it and stays set. What happened shows over the goalie. A deke takes time, and the more often you deke and the more often to one side, the less often he bites.

The goalies

Every five goals a new goalie with his own style comes in. The butterfly closes the bottom with his pads — shoot high. The stand-up goalie catches high shots but is open low and between the pads. The hybrid closes a little of both — the corners have to be precise. Every goalie remembers where you shoot and knows where other players shoot most.

Points and records

A goal is one point, a goal in a top corner two. A series lasts until the first miss or save. You get 5 series a day (10 with Premium); new ones open at midnight Moscow time. You can play without an account; the table of records holds the best series of every account with a nickname. The server decides everything, including whether the goalie bites and where he goes.
