Terms of use

These are the rules of the Forepitch website and its accounts. By using the site or registering you accept them. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

What Forepitch is

• The site publishes probabilities of sports results calculated by a model, and materials about them. It is information and analysis — not advice to bet and no promise of any result. We do not take bets.
• The site is for adults (18+).
• The model makes mistakes. Decisions you take with our numbers in mind are yours, and so is the responsibility for them.

The account

• One account is one person. Do not give your password or access to your account to anyone.
• An account can be open on at most three devices at once; signing in on one more signs out the one unused for the longest. The list of devices is in the profile.
• If you notice a sign-in that is not yours, change the password: every other device is signed out.

Premium

• Premium is for the personal use of the account holder.
• It is forbidden to publish, forward, sell or otherwise pass Premium data (lines, score grids, combinations, factors) to others — in Telegram channels, chats, on websites, social networks or anywhere else, in full or in part.
• It is forbidden to collect the site's data automatically (scripts, parsers, bots) from any page or through the API, and to get around the site's limits, checks and blocks.
• The Premium numbers of every account carry an invisible mark: the numbers of different accounts may differ by one in the last digit. By this mark we can tell which account the numbers were copied from.
• How many new matches an account can open in a row is limited; above the limit new matches open again in a few minutes.

The game «Beat the model»

• Play with one account. Several accounts of one person, collusion and automatic answers are forbidden.
• We may withhold or revoke a prize (days of Premium) when the rules are broken.

When the rules are broken

We may limit access to Premium, revoke prizes, block or delete the account; the remaining Premium period is not compensated. We may also demand that published data be taken down and defend our rights in the ways the law provides.

Rights to the materials

The texts, design, probabilities, lines and the database of the site belong to Forepitch. Free materials may be quoted with a link to the page of the site; copying them in full or in bulk is not allowed.

Liability

The site is provided «as is». We work to keep the data accurate and the site available, but do not guarantee it and, as far as the law allows, are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site's materials or their consequences.

Changes and contact
